Who We Are?

Association Mundus Bulgaria is a non-governmental organization with over 8 years of experience in youth and adult education. We work primarily through Erasmus+ projects, using innovative non-formal education (NFE) and education through sport (ETS) approaches.

Our mission is to empower people by enhancing employability, social participation, inclusion, and active citizenship, while promoting lifelong learning and equal access to opportunities.

We coordinate and partner in international projects in the fields of youth, education, training, sport, sustainability, digital skills, democracy, and social impact, working with organizations across Europe.

Our team is actively involved in:

Coordination of international Erasmus+ projects;
Facilitation of international mobilities (KA1, KA2, Erasmus+ Sport);
Organisation of local events, trainings, and dissemination activities;
Development of educational materials, toolkits, manuals, platforms, and learning resources.

We are now looking for a Project Officer to join our team and support the implementation of Erasmus+ projects (KA1 & KA2).

Your Main Responsibilities

Support and coordinate Erasmus+ projects (KA1 & KA2) in youth, education, training, and sport;
Create content and take care of the organisation’s social media profiles;
Communicate with international partners, participants, and stakeholders;
Organise mobilities, trainings, conferences, and project meetings;
Prepare agendas, minutes, reports, and follow-up documentation;
Monitor project timelines, activities, and deliverables;
Draft reports, presentations, and official correspondence in English;
Participate in international project meetings and events abroad (occasionally).

What We’re Looking For?

University degree or ongoing studies in European Studies, International Relations, Journalism, European Programmes, Projects Management, Education, or related fields;
Experience with Erasmus+ projects – as project staff, coordinator, participant, intern, or volunteer is preferable;
Very good command of English - written and spoken (C1 level);
Strong organisational and communication skills;
Confident use of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, Canva;
Experience with tools such as Trello, Miro, MentiMeter is an advantage;
Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in an international team;
Willingness to travel abroad when required.
