What We Do
Mundus manages projects for international mobility and training programs as well as cross-sectoral projects with different stakeholders for exchange of expertise and collaboration in the field of education.


To this end, we offer a range of training programs and initiatives that support international mobility and cross-sectoral collaboration. These programs are designed to help young people and adults develop the knowledge, skills, and perspectives needed to succeed in a globalized world. Our aim is to create opportunities for individuals to learn, grow, and make a positive impact on the world.
Youth & Adult Social Action
- Support for learners and young adults by developing programs for career orientation and labour market integration.
- Development of learning events and programs for youth in the field of sport, soft skills, knowledge in topics of digitalisation, sustainability and entrepreneurship.
- Promotion of volunteering as a tool for societal development and driving of economic prosperity.
- Creation of educational resources using different methodologies to develop skills, understanding and inclusion for adults and elderly.
- Building a network of local partners in education that facilitate our activities and benefit from projects’ positive impact.
Sports Sector
- Collaboration with sport institutions on national and international level that support our field research and project implementation.
- Exchange and integration of best practices carried out in sports schools, associations, national sport federations and other social institutions.
- Development of “Learning and Training” events for sport coaches and teachers.
- Building platforms for mentoring and support between potential leaders in sport and established sport athletes and coaches.
- Contributing to building agency and institutional capacity by driving the discourse on the importance of sport and its benefits as a learning tool.
Project coordination and Training
- Creating platforms for exchange of information, cooperation and support and fostering recognition for non-formal education.
- Development of training activities depending on the project’s target group
- Support for youth workers through projects that expand their knowledge, enhance their professional skills and connects them to potential target groups/ beneficiaries (not sure which one).
- Organising international events for exchange of best practices, brainstorming ideas and knowledge resources to integrate in new training programs.
