Project: Mind the gap
The idea of this project was to support disadvantaged youngsters and NEETs transition to career paths whether through further education or through work based learning opportunities.
- 16 youth workers from the partner countries will review organizations approaches through sharing practices, concepts and activities, resulting in more efficient and coherent educational programs that facilitate transition to career paths for disadvantaged youngsters whether through further education or through work based learning opportunities
- Personal development and reflection to 32 disadvantaged youth participants aged 16-22 years old with a view to understand their status as potential employee and to take acknowledge of practical means to benefit of learning and work opportunities.
- 32 youth from the partner countries will be involved in work based learning activities (Volunteering/Work placement/Training) at local levels in the partner countries
