📅 From July 21st to July 26th, 2024, Mundus Bulgaria proudly organized and hosted its second Erasmus+ Training Course in Sofia, Bulgaria. It was centered around the theme of digital skills, where the participants created and implemented a real social media campaign, currently running on our Facebook and Instagram page! Check it out! 📲💬
The “Digital Skills Bootcamp!” was specifically tailored for youth workers and generously funded by the Erasmus+ program. It aimed to give the participants knowledge on how to create a meaningful campaign based on real projects, and which tools to use to streamline the design process! They were introduced to the Design Thinking Methodology and how to use it to create meaningful and targeted campaigns. The participants were tasked with A/B testing, where they create 2 different versions of the campaign, collect feedback and implement one of them.
The tools explored during the training were:
- Trello – for project management and storing documents
- Miro – for collaboration between team members
- Canva – for visual design and AI image and video generating
- ChatGPT – for copywriting and manipulating speech
- Google Form – for collecting feedback
- Meta Business Suite – for implementing the campaign and getting familiar with the backend of Facebook and Instagram for businesses
- Genially – for final presentations
The training engaged participants from Spain, Italy, Poland, Bulgaria, Portugal and Turkey. They were divided into 4 teams as each team had to create a campaign for a different project previously implemented by Mundus Bulgaria.
