Over the last couple of months, the EmployMe consortium has been working on the Employability Toolkit. The toolkit includes 10 soft skills to boost employability, such as organisational skills, team working skills, or how to gain confidence in the workplace.
The idea of the Toolkit was to create bite-sized lessons to ease comprehension of the topic. In total, the partnership created 40 “digital nuggets”, covering the following topics:
- Leadership
- Business acumen
- Teamwork
- Negotiation and Persuasion
- Organisation
- Problem-solving
- Communication
- Confidence
- Perseverance and Motivation
- Time Management
For now, the Toolkit is only available in English, but very soon it will be fully translated to Bulgarian, Lithuanian, Czech, French, Spanish, and Greek.
