The final Transnational Partners Meeting (TPM) of the Food4Thought project took place in Braga, Portugal, from May 29 to 31, right after the blended mobility with participants from the partner countries. After working together as a consortium for almost two years, we met once more, this time for the last time in the context of this project.
We discussed our progress thus far, the project’s remaining activities, and how to sustain and integrate its results into future events and activities, even after its conclusion on August 1, 2025. We also took the opportunity to share beautiful memories from the past two years, which made our work as a consortium smooth and fulfilling.
We are very happy to have been part of this project, to have met such amazing youth workers, and to have learned so much about urban agriculture, which we have shared with young people.
Looking forward to meeting and collaborating with all of you again!
