A Transnational Partners Meeting was held in Sofia, Bulgaria, on 11 and 12 November, bringing together the partner organisations participating in the BOOST project. The meeting brought together consortium representatives who are working together to achieve the project’s key objectives.

The BOOST project aims to enable SSI professionals to collaborate and accelerate their strategies for improving organisational architecture, making it more sustainable, and improving the delivery of SSI programmes to increase their impact.

During the two-day meeting, the partners discussed the project’s progress to date and its future activities. They reviewed the results achieved, current tasks and opportunities for optimising the work process. Each organisation in the consortium has clearly defined roles and responsibilities that contribute to the effective and sustainable development of BOOST.

The meeting took place in a constructive and inspiring atmosphere in which the partners exchanged good practice, experience and ideas. Important decisions were made about the next steps to support achieving the project’s goals.
