The webinar “Professions of the Future” brought together young people and experts from five different fields

Share:

On 6 November, the “Professions of the Future” webinar was held as part of the Future Forge project. It sparked lively interest among participants and became an active platform for the exchange of ideas and experiences. The event was organised to present the project’s first product, ‘Skills and Professions of the Future – A Guide for Youth’, which covers 50 promising professions (both new and traditional) that are set to play a key role in the next decade. The guide aims to help young people navigate emerging professions and skills that will be important in the coming years.

Five experts from five different sectors – Kiril Ivanov – IT & Technology, Przemysław Szablowski – Sustainability & climate, Zuzana Palinska – Health and well-being, Valerio Natale – Education, and Alexander Volkov – Creativity and media, shared more about their professional paths, the skills and qualities needed in their fields and how new technologies and global trends are changing their daily lives. A lively conversation then developed between the participants and guests, who discussed topics such as artificial intelligence, digital transformation, sustainable development and the importance of continuous learning.

Young people attending the event had the opportunity to hear inspiring real-life examples and ask the experts questions directly. This open and interactive form of communication transformed the webinar into a genuine forum for sharing ideas and inspiration for the future.

If you were unable to join us live, the entire webinar has been recorded. Anyone interested in the topic who would like to watch the webinar can write to us and we will be happy to send them the video by email.

The ‘Professions of the Future’ webinar was another step by Future Forge in supporting young people who want to navigate the dynamic world of work more effectively and develop the skills needed for tomorrow’s professions.
