At the end of June this year, the final meeting of the partners in the project “Adult Education through Sport” (aETS) was held. At the designated place in Sofia, the organiсations from Poland, Great Britain, Italy and Bulgaria exchanged useful information about the phases of the project, how they went and what the final results аре. Very satisfying and according to the previous detailed plan, the project managed to:
- To improve the quality of adult learning in Europe using the latest virtual reality tools, as well as to support teachers in the use of sport for educational purposes when working with adults.
- The preparation of the Virtual Reality Guide (VR)
- The publication of a handbook illustrating the use of education through sport methodology in adult education and lifelong learning, designed in a user-friendly way,
- The OER online platform for ETS, the first of its kind to implement cross-sectoral collaboration within adult and sports teachers to promote ETS.
What the organizations note as most important is the cooperation, partnership and support between the countries participating in the Erasmus + project.
